Warranty

We are proud to have served the beauty industry since 2001.  Our longevity in this industry is a result of our commitment to customer service, quality control, and our commitment to providing great values on essential products for the hair, nail, barber and spa industries.  

CCI Beauty offers the following warranties on our products:

• 2 Year Warranty on Hydraulic Pumps
  
• 1 Year Warranty on Equipment and Furniture
  
• 90 Day Warranty on Shampoo Unit Fixtures and Parts
  
• 90 Day Warranty on Parts and Accessories
• 60 Day Warranty on Ceramic Flat Irons

Our warranty guarantees our products to be free from material defects in material and workmanship for the above stated periods of time starting from the date of purchase.  All equipment and salon furniture are to be used and operated by qualified, trained, licensed professionals only.

The following is not covered by our warranty:

• Improper use of equipment and furniture and any consequential damages.
  
• Color variation on wood, fabric, and laminated materials.
  
• Wear, fading, staining, soiling, crushing, peeling, chipping, or all of which are influenced by the user created environment or the care of which the product is exposed to during use.
• Damage caused in transit, improper installation, excessive use, or alteration.

All warranties are limited to repair or replacement and remain at our discretion.  Extended warranties are available on select items, please inquire.   Use of replacement parts provided by other manufacturers is not authorized by CCI Beauty - this may affect equipment performance and voids all product warranties.  

Warranty service is provided by CCI Beauty only and requires that the product(s) be shipped and delivered to our authorized service center for repair. 

The warranty does NOT cover shipping charges to and from our repair centers. Customers must receive an Authorization for Repair number ("AR Number") before shipping merchandise to our service center. All repaired items will be returned to the customer either by UPS, FedEx, DHL, or through a commercial trucking company. CCI Beauty is not responsible for any consequential damages and injuries resulting from equipment/furniture failure or service delays. 

This warranty is non-transferable.
