    CCI Beauty tries its best to ship out your products in the most timely and cost effective way possible. Please keep in mind that we cannot control weather conditions and any delays that may occur. Merchandise is shipped via UPS, FedEx, DHL, or freight truck lines. Rates are calculated in accordance with merchandise weight/size/dimension and delivery destination. Signature is required for delivery unless requested otherwise through the use of the Signature Waiver Form. A street address of either a residence or business is required for delivery. Shipping to a residential address will be at additional cost. P.O. Box or APO addresses are not acceptable for shipping. All orders take about 1-3 days to process. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Merchandise shipped by freight truck lines will be delivered to the curbside delivery of your business or residence. If an attempted delivery was made and the customer was not at the location to receive the shipment, the customer will be held responsible for REDELIVERY fees. We can only ship merchandise within USA.

    EXPRESS DELIVERY

    Express, Rushed, & Over-Night delivery is available on most in-stock merchandise. Charges may vary and are calculated on an individual basis. Express orders placed before 11am PST will ship out the next business day. Express orders placed after 11am PST will ship out within the next 2 business days.

    FREIGHT TRUCK DELIVERY

    Your order may be shipped via freight truck line depending on the size of your order. Typically, items that are large and bulky require freight truck. You have the option of shipping with a freight truck if you would like all of your merchandise to arrive together. Before accepting your delivery, you are required to inspect each and every item for damage and/or missing items. The damage and/or missing items should be noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading. When there is damage, immediately notify the freight company and CCI Beauty. The customer must retain all packaging and accessories. If damage is not noted on the delivery receipt/bill of lading, CCI Beauty and the freight company are not liable for any damages found later. Accepting delivery of the item(s) without the report of damages and/or missing items on the delivery receipt/bill of lading is your acknowledgement that the item(s) were received in 100% perfect condition and that you have received all items. The person placing the order should be the person to receive and sign for the delivery. CCI is not responsible if the receiver is not aware of the number of packages he/she should sign for. All damages must be reported within 24 hours after receipt of merchandise to the freight company and CCI Beauty.

    IF SHIPMENT IS DAMAGED

    Notify the deliveryman of the damage and MUST make notes on the extent of visible damage & the probable concealed damage onto the freight bill. Contact CCI Beauty and the Delivery Company to inform the extent of the damages and interest in filling a damage claim. CCI Beauty and the Delivery Company will require pictures of the damages and request to inspect the merchandise. Make sure you file a claim for damages. (In most cases, you may receive a cash adjustment for costs, arrange for the Delivery Company to cover repair costs, and/or merchandise reimbursement.) Keep ALL original packaging materials, as this will be needed until your claim is settled, or for the return of your order. All damage claims must be addressed to the Delivery Company. Consonance Companies, Inc is not responsible for damages incurred during transport to delivery destination. Damage claims pertaining to causes other than shipping will be reviewed and authorized for reimbursement at the discretion of our Claims Department. If merchandise is defective, notify Consonance Companies, Inc within 24 hours and retain ALL original materials, accessories, and packaging. Customer service representatives will instruct you on the additional steps that need to be taken. Failure to retain ALL original materials, accessories, and packaging may encounter delays and refusal of damage claim.

    BACK ORDERS

    Items temporarily out-of-stock may be back-ordered at customer request and, as always, at the discretion of Consonance Companies, Inc. All shipping fees & costs remain applicable to all back-orders. A customer representative will contact you with an estimated delivery time frame.

    C.O.D.

    No C.O.D. service is available. All merchandise have to be prepaid before shipment is made.

    Refusal of Shipment

    Orders that are refused at the time of delivery or customer was not at the delivery location to receive the items, the customer will be held responsible for Shipping Charges and subject to a 20% Restocking Fees.
