      FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
    Question: Why should I register for an account?
    Answer: Customers interested in our products should register for an account because they automatically receive a copy of our 20+ page catalog and will be signed up to our mailing lists. Customers on our mailing lists will receive mailings notifying them of any of our special sales and discounts and are the first to be notified of our newest products. Customers who register their email address in their account also may receive exclusive coupon codes to be used for shopping on our website.
    Question: What does freight shipping or ship by trucking mean?
    Answer: When the option of ship by trucking appears, this means that your order is too heavy, bulky, or fragile to be shipped by FedEx ground shipping and therefore would need to be shipped by a freight truck. When you check out, a charge would not appear under shipping, but this does not mean that shipping is free of charge. This means that we will contact you as soon as possible with a trucking quote. If you agree to the trucking charges, we would then add a shipping charge to your order. We would only charge you after your order has been sent out and if you agree to the trucking charges. In order to keep the freight charges at a minimum, it is best to have your order delivered to a commercial address. Please note that all freight shipping orders will be delivered to the curb, unless the option of inside delivery is selected at additional cost.
    Question: Do you price match with competitors?
    Answer: Yes, if you can find a competitor’s in-stock item that is identical to our item and have a shipping quote from our competitor, we will try to beat their combined price + shipping. This is because some of our competitors will price their items lower than our prices, but then charge very high prices in shipping to recoup their profit margins. Because of this, we must have our competitor’s full shipping quote in order to get a better price for you. The competitor’s items must be in-stock because some competitors drastically reduce the price of their out-of-stock items in order to gain interest a customer’s interest, but then tell them that those low priced items are out-of-stock and then try to sell them higher-priced products.
    Question: When will my order be shipped? / How fast is your turnaround? / Do you have quick ship items?
    Answer: As long as all your items are in stock, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. For large orders please allow couple of days for us to setup your order. We will try our best to ship out your order in a timely matter. The lead time for shipping doesn’t include the day the order is placed. All our in stock (non-custom made) items are considered "quick ship" and can ship within 48 hours.
    Question: What colors do the styling chairs come in?
    Answer: Unless otherwise specified, all the styling chairs come in black. Even if the chair picture is not of one in black vinyl, by default all chairs ordered are black.
    Question: Can I order a chair in a color other than black?
    Answer: Certain chairs (such as the CC-2126) have color options available. These chairs we carry in a color other than black. If the chair you want does not come in any color options specified, a custom order may be requested by phone. Please call our telephone representatives to ask if a custom order to change color is available on the item you want. Custom orders take 10-14 weeks to process and can not be returned once ordered.
    Question: Do you have a retail location?
    Answer: Yes, we have an actual warehouse and showroom at 10039 Norwalk Blvd. Santa Fe Springs, CA 90670. We are located along the 5 & 605 freeways, 25 minutes away from downtown Los Angeles and 20 minutes away from Disneyland. All customers are welcome to visit our showroom from Mon-Fri. 9am to 5pm PST. Please call us for an appointment and driving directions.
    Question: I live in California; can I pick up my order at your warehouse?
    Answer: Yes, if you are willing to pick up your order at our warehouse to save on shipping costs, you are welcome to do so as long as you have the vehicle capable of handling the pickup yourself. Pickup orders must be placed by phone. Pickup orders made before 12pm PST can be picked up the same day provided all the items are in-stock. Orders made after 12pm PST can be picked up the next business day. Pickups can be made by the cardholder or purchaser only! NO Exceptions!
