A unique piece of skin care equipment, Dr. Lucas is used to pulverize toners and lotions into cool mist. This way, the toner or lotion can deeper penetrate skin. It is like getting a micro massage which cleanses pores even deeper. The atomizer is entirely chromium-plated; the boiler is made of pure unalloyed copper.
